REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases, however, we do offer store credits. Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement as per our discretion, please contact hello@luxefashionline.com if this has occurred before sending the item back.

Please note any pre-order or order cancellations will result in a store credit. We do not refund for change of mind on pre-orders or orders which have not yet been dispatched. If you order is already in the process of being dispatched we will not be able to cancel it.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items can be returned for store credit. You can then use this credit to purchase your new item. Store Credits expire within 12 months and can be used on any item in store. Once your return is received processing time can take 3-5 business days (please allow extra processing time during high volume periods).

Please send your form and include it in your return. If your return has been accepted, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit being added to your account & how to use it. 

RETURN CONDITIONS
Makeup stains and fake tans look beautiful but not on our clothing please take care when trying on your new garments for the first time. Clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from makeup & fake tan. We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back. National and international postage costs must be covered by you for the order that is returned to us.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate sets, bodysuits, and briefs so please choose wisely. All clothing and swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear, as returns will not be accepted if removed. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us. Unreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Any subsequent returns that were purchased using your store credit (2nd returns) will not be entitled to free shipping. If you use the original postage bag make sure you cross out any old addresses Place your parcel into your local Australia Post Box or take into your local post office with your own arranged shipping.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please send your form and include it in your return. Returns must be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase, any items returned after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted. If your return has been accepted, you will be given store credit for the amount that you paid for your garments, excluding the shipping cost. You can then order your replacement items with your store credit and cover the cost of shipping with Paypal/credit card through the website. International postage costs must be covered by you for the order that is returned to us.
